How do we decide which engagement is right for us?
A brief introductory call is usually enough to establish the right fit. If you are dealing with unclear processes or want a considered diagnosis before committing to change, the Operations Diagnostic Sprint is a natural starting point. If you already have a quarterly rhythm and want an external thinking partner, the Review Companion suits that better. The Documentation engagement works well when you are preparing for growth, handover, or onboarding.
What do engagements typically involve from our side?
We try to minimise the time demand on your team. For the Diagnostic Sprint, we ask for roughly one to two hours from each stakeholder we interview and a half day from the leadership group at the end. For ongoing review work, you invest a half day per quarter plus occasional short exchanges between sessions. Documentation work requires process owners to be available for interview over a few days.
How is confidentiality handled?
All engagements are covered by a mutual confidentiality agreement signed before any work begins. Information you share with us is used only within the scope of your engagement and is not shared externally. We do not reference clients in our marketing unless given explicit written permission.
Do you work with businesses outside Kuala Lumpur?
Yes. While we are based in Kuala Lumpur, we work with operators across Peninsular Malaysia. Many of the interview and facilitation sessions can be conducted remotely where in-person presence is not essential, though we do prefer to be on-site for at least part of the Diagnostic Sprint.
How are fees structured and when is payment due?
Fees are fixed per engagement type as listed on our solutions page. For project-based work, we invoice 50% at engagement sign-off and 50% on delivery of the final output. For the quarterly companion model, fees are invoiced at the start of each quarterly cycle. All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and subject to applicable taxes.
What size of organisation do you typically work with?
Our engagements are designed for small and mid-sized operators — typically organisations with between 10 and 150 people, where the leadership team is still actively involved in day-to-day operations. We are less suited to large enterprises with dedicated internal improvement functions.
